For those of us who train some sort of sport or Martial art , we sometimes strain joints muscles nerves etc and the doctor is not the most symathetic person to go to for help . I remember in 1990 during a black sash grading at the wood breaking bit it didnt and my hand did ,when i went to the R.D.E Hospital exeter to see if there was anything broken .The doc asked how i had done the dammage to my hand when i told him his reply was" what a bloody foolish thing to do what do you expect to happen if you go around hitting two inch pieces of wood" . so sometimes you need to talk to someone who understands your injury Pain before treatment
Pain during treatment
No pain after
